Request account deletion

If you want to permanently delete your Pharmhub account and the personal data associated with it, you can submit a request using the form below or contact our support team.

How to delete your account

1. Fill in the form on this page with the email address linked to your Pharmhub account.
2. Submit the request. You may optionally add a reason or additional details.
3. Our team will verify ownership of the account and process the deletion.
4. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is completed.

Data that will be deleted

• Account profile information (name, email, phone, business details)
• Authentication credentials and access tokens
• Business data linked to your account (products, sales, purchases, parties, reports, uploaded images)
• Subscription and plan-related account records associated with your user

Data that may be retained

• Information we are legally required to keep (for example accounting or tax records), for the period required by applicable law
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification. Once completed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.
